I made created Fish Tank Advice, it is doing well in the fish niche. It is ranked 2nd in Google. You could have a site like this one and make at least $30 a month to start off with after only a month. Also You could get ranked first in Google with some work.
I have also made Gardening Dome, it is ranked 8th in Google. It is starting to increase in Google and will do well in the garden niche. It makes around $15 a month from ads.
